We've added some useful features to Gespet, including suggestions from our users.
The Magic Desk, your main dashboard, now makes better use of the screen, shows more information and loads faster.
We rearranged the information to make better use of the available space and show more of what you need at a glance.
We optimized data loading and database queries so information appears more quickly. We also adapted the layout for smaller screens, including mobile phones.
Rooms and kennels now show their assigned color next to their name, making them easier to identify. You can choose the name and color for each room or kennel.
If a pet was due to arrive yesterday but has not checked in, you can now see that overdue arrival in today's agenda.
The same applies to check-outs. You can remove or change an overdue departure if, for example, the customer extends their pet's stay by a day. An overdue label appears beside the relevant arrival or departure date.
Bookings in your pet daycare.
Previously, the agenda showed check-outs only after a pet had checked in. It now includes departures scheduled in future bookings too.
For example, if a pet is booked to arrive on May 3 and leave on May 10, you can see that planned departure when viewing May 10. A blue booking label distinguishes it from the check-outs of pets already staying with you.
Scheduled departures in your pet hotel.
Overdue appointments and services now appear in the agenda as well. If a grooming or training appointment was due yesterday but did not take place, you can see it today and remove or reschedule it with the customer.
Appointments at your dog training school.
Overdue supplier orders now show up in the agenda. If an order was due yesterday but has not arrived, you can see it today with an overdue label.
