Today we’re bringing you an improvement many of you have asked for: configuring terms and conditions directly inside your online booking or appointment request forms.

As you know, Gespet includes a free request system that allows your clients to book appointments or reservations online quickly and easily.

You can embed this form on your website, link to it from social media, send it directly to clients, or even share a QR code so they can scan it on their phone and submit a request instantly.

Until now, the form only allowed you to add an external link to your legal terms, for example if they were hosted on your website or a document such as Google Drive.

Many of you told us you don’t have a website and preferred to configure them directly inside Gespet. So… done! We always try to implement suggestions from our users, because you’re a key part of the Gespet team.

You can still use an external link if you want. But now you can also write your terms directly inside Gespet without relying on external pages.

We’ve also added a text editor so you can format your content. Change font size, colours, links and more to make your text look professional and aligned with your brand.
