We carefully evaluate every suggestion to try to include it. We know it may take some time from when you send us your idea until it’s implemented, but please understand that for us, software stability and quality are top priorities.
We will never add a new feature without subjecting it to thorough testing. As a professional, you need a reliable system, and we can’t risk failures by rushing a new feature into production.
On top of that, the system is used by many users across different countries, with different languages, legal requirements, and invoicing rules… as you can imagine, it’s no easy task.
We sincerely appreciate your suggestions and feedback — they help us a lot to keep improving. Here are the new features we’ve included in September:
E-INVOICING
We’ve added new packages for Verifactu and TicketBAI electronic
invoicing. This way, you can choose the one that best fits your
business needs.
In development: It’s now possible to select whether you want to issue a full invoice or a simplified invoice.

ONLINE BOOKINGS
In the online booking form, we’ve updated the consent message for
communications to make it clearer and more precise.
USER HELP
On the service configuration screen, we’ve added extra information
about product setup.
NEW HOTEL PLANNING VIEW
In development: The planning tool will now include a more modern
layout, displaying pet names directly on the booking for easier
visualization.
